1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Door Cart, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Account & Registration

• You must provide a valid 10-digit Indian mobile number
• One account per phone number
• You are responsible for all activity on your account
• You must provide accurate delivery address and location

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
• Prices may change without prior notice due to market rates
• Orders are confirmed only after OTP verification
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability

4. Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and UPI payments via PhonePe
• Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5-7 business days

5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Door Cart is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Orders require OTP verification at delivery.
