You can raise a return or quality complaint within 24 hours of delivery. Since we deal in fresh produce, quick reporting helps us serve you better.

Eligible for Return

  • Bad quality, rotten, or damaged produce
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Wrong quantity or weight
  • Missing items from the order

Refund Process

  • COD orders: Full amount refunded via UPI or adjusted in next order
  • Online payments: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Partial refunds available for individual items
